Ceertia Compliance Engine · Evidence-based compliance verification

The compliance engine that shows its work.

Verification against your rules and any source of truth you designate. Every verdict comes with what Ceertia saw, where, and why it concluded, and your team keeps the decision.

Coherence

Five dimensions, cross-checked.

An inconsistency can be a typo or a fraud signal. Ceertia checks for both, with evidence, across five dimensions.

01Identity consistency.

Who signs, who bills, who benefits: one identity across the case. Example: is the beneficiary the same on the quote, the invoice and the signed statement?

02Visual consistency.

Signatures, stamps, checkboxes: what must be visible is there. Example: is the completion statement signed and dated?

03Temporal consistency.

Dates tell a story, and the order has to hold. Example: was the contractor's qualification valid at the commitment date?

04Economic consistency.

Amounts and terms reconciled across the case. Example: is the total identical on the quote and the invoice?

05Technical consistency.

What was quoted is what was installed, is what was billed. Example: does the equipment reference match from quote to invoice?

Architecture

Auditable by default.

Sourced verdicts.

Every verdict points to the source excerpt it rests on. When the evidence cannot answer a question, the verdict says so and your team sees it.

Replayable decisions.

Every verdict is stored with its rule version, source excerpt and timestamp. Any decision can be replayed.

Versioned rules.

Every verification runs against the rule version applicable at its date.

1Declare what a complete case contains.Required and optional items, as your own checklist.
2Write the questions."Is the total identical on the quote and the invoice?" Each question becomes a versioned rule.
3Test and publish.Run it on real examples, adjust, publish. Every answer is a verdict with its evidence.
Most advanced capability

Your rules, executable.

Start from a standardized use case for your industry, or write your own. Rules are plain-language questions, versioned, without code.

Also in the platform

Two more tools on the same engine.

Redaction.

Mask sensitive fields such as identities and bank details before you share a case downstream. Every redaction is logged.

Workflow Automation.

Route each case by its verdict: forward what passes, queue what needs review, request what is missing.

Ceertia API

The engine, through the API.

Submit a case to a use case, read the verdicts with their evidence, and receive webhooks on completion. A REST API and webhooks connect Ceertia to your intake systems, so your teams keep working in the tools they use today.

What does the engine check?+
That what you rely on is complete, consistent and compliant with the rules that apply, across five dimensions of control, against any source of truth you designate.
Can a verdict be explained later?+
Yes. Each verdict is stored with its rule version, source excerpt and timestamp, and can be replayed.
How do we connect it?+
Through the REST API and webhooks, or by calling a workflow exposed as an endpoint.
